Eli Nickolas Milenkoff is a dedicated full time real estate broker at The Agency Niagara, serving clients throughout the region and across Ontario. With a career that began back in 2007, Eli brings over 15 years of expertise and commitment to every new client and transaction.

Originally from Welland, Ontario, Eli’s passion for real estate is rooted in his comprehensive understanding of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties. Alongside his wife, he co-owns Brick Property and Rental Management, a full-service company established in 2007, providing full-service management, rental, and maintenance services throughout the Niagara Region.

Eli’s commitment to excellence in real estate is underscored by his achievements, including multiple recognitions from his previous brokerage as a Platinum Brokerage Winner in 2016 and 2021, along with Gold Winner in 2017 and Silver Winner in 2018. His enthusiasm for the profession stems from having the market at his fingertips and the gratification of negotiating deals that leave all parties fully satisfied.

A graduate of Notre Dame College Catholic High School and the University of Guelph, Eli’s academic background and extensive local knowledge benefit his clients significantly. His experiences as a former hospitality professional in the World re-known Whistler Resort for 11 years further enrich his ability to provide exceptional service.

Outside of real estate, Eli cherishes spending time with his family, actively participating in their extracurricular activities such as soccer and jiu-jitsu. He enjoys the company of his Australian Shepherds, Gordie and Sonny, and indulges in hobbies like skiing, golf, tennis, and coaching soccer for the Welland Soccer Club. Eli’s passion for travel and music concerts enriches his life and inspires him to create memorable experiences with his loved ones.
